do i have to have recs?

Hi guys,

I'm from Alaska and I really want to go to this school. I'm open to pretty much any house, but the one I'm leaning most towards is Alpha Phi. Do I need recs for this, considering the fact that I don't know anyone here? I have a 3.5 gpa, I'm friendly, and would consider myself to be good looking (if that matters lol).

Get Recs. They don't have to be from someone at UO. Just someone from that sorority. Ask teachers at school, parents of friends, neighbors, church people (if you go to a church), people at your parents work, and look for an alumnae association.
