percentage that get bids?

I was curious as to what the percentage of girls who go through recruitment, maximize their options, and get bids is?
My sister goes to a school where it's like 93%, and some of those that didn't get a bid dropped before bid day, or only listed one option on the last night. Is it that high here?
If you're out of state and know no one at the school (I'll have at least one Rec for every house, though), but have all the other qualities people mention (excellent grades/test scores, involvement, put together, social, cute, etc...), will it be harder to have a successful Recruitment if I'm just looking for a sisterhood, and don't really care about tiers?

It's different every year, but most girls that go through recruitment and maximize their choices receive a bid. Some do get dropped completely because of grades, inappropriate behavior (one girl told every house that she was going to be an ABC and that she shouldn't really have to go to their house), etc. Clean up your social media, get recs, be nice to everyone, don't feel like you're too good for any house, and you're ALMOST guaranteed a bid.
