Lambda: athletic guys, party a decent amount. Cool older guys but awful pledge class. Top house.

FIJI: great pledge class although all they care about is partying. Stereotypical fraternity douchebags. Top house.

Sigep: great pledge class, very nice involved guys, probably the most popular with girls. Don't party very hard. Top house.

SAE: decent but small pledge class, but overall way to hipster. Most of their guys look like skateboarders not fraternity members. Middle tier house.

Beta: Good grades but weird guys. Middle tier.

Delt: very mixed batch but a lot of really weird guys. Middle tier.

top houses are Sig Ep, Beta, Lambda, and SAE. Fiji wants to be and has spent a lot of money to be, but the guys they took last year were not top house quality. Also, their history at OU is as a lower tier house since forever.
