top house

DDD Theta and Kappa all have different qualities that make them great which is why they're usually considered top 3. Every single one has amazing girls (usually that had two of these chapters pref night) and all do amazing things. It really just depends what you're looking for.

DDD is the most down to earth and diverse. They are super involved and constitute a lot of the members of campus organizations and their exec boards. For the most part they all seem to get along super well and don't go too crazy. (DDD and Theta just had a date party together and from what I hear it wasn't the DDDs puking)

Theta is super talented and invested. They won USing, will likely win Prez trophy this year, and are seriously killing it. Their most recent PC is filled with awesome girls and they are earning the Theta name. They are close knit and seem very proud of their house and everything they're doing.

Kappa has a great house, Kappa Hall, and a great view of Sig Ep. They aren't quite as invested as DDD and Theta but they are doing great in grades and have awesome date parties. Being a Kappa seems like a blast, as they get to enjoy great company and a great house.

Getting a bid from any of these three is a huge honor! Anyone would be lucky to be in any of these chapters. If you're a PNM, good luck during Recruitment but don't pick a house because it is considered "Top". Every house at OU is amazing and does a great job taking care of their members!

DDD

Kappa is kind of a niche sorority for girls that aren't really very active in campus activities but like to party off campus more. They know who they're going to take before but usually have to take some fillers (and unfortunately they know who they are and frankly are pretty unhappy with their situation.)

I’m guessing this was written by a DDD. Theta and Kappa are considered slightly above the other “ 3 top houses” and DDD barely falls within the “other 3 top houses” few girls choose DDD if they have any of the other 4 remaining. I heard they’ve even lost girls to lower houses the past few yrs during fall recruitment.
