Sig eps are dropping fast with last years pledge class and Fiji is totally done...2 strikes and not allowed to have parties this year! Times are changing top houses lambda, beta and Delt

Not so. Honestly Beta,SigEp, and Lambda are great too houses. Fiji is considered a top house too but they party more and are involved less. SAE is gone, it was considered a top house but a party house too.

All the girls love Delt. Houses want to partner with DU. Sigma Chi is doing much better and a great non IFC house is BYX.
