kappa spring rush

It's not a matter of whether they HAVE to. No house is forced to do it by Pan. Some houses' national orgs make them if they are given the option by their Pan. Other houses' say they can't recruit except during formal because it makes it harder to run their new member programs. There is some troll on here that keeps posting comments about how certain houses don't have to spring recruit. She's obviously old because of her terminology (really? rush???) and she's trying to promote certain houses. Spring recruitment has nothing to do with popularity and everything to do with their national orgs rules.

What I meant was that at OU those four will never have to do COB or spring rush because they always make their quotas during fall recruitment and hardly any girls ever drop. You're right -- it's not a popularity contest but those 4 are the most popular and will never fall under quota that much. It's not bad to spring rush I'm just saying they won't have to.

Um... All the houses made quota this year. How long have you been out of school anyway?

Haha I'm not but I agree I should've mentioned Chi O too. Those five are each strong enough to not do it.

Please stop posting about how good you think you are on every topic you see on here. We all know exactly how good Chi O is (not all that good tbh) and we're getting sick of your constant self-ranking.
