sophomore rushing fall 2013?

I did not go through rush as a freshman because I felt the transition to Greek life would be too overwhelming for me. But now that I have adjusted, I am so ready! Can anyone tell me how hard it would be since I will be a sophomore, what the quotas of each house are, and what they look for? Thanks!
