snap bids

Word is that four (4!) houses gave out snap bids today, but which ones? Did more girls than usual wind up with no house/drop out...or does it just seem that way?

the houses that gave out snaps were agd, aopi, alpha phi, gphi and alpha chi

I'm on the COR committee for one of these house and can 100% say we did not hand out snap bid. Next time please fact check your information.

Snap bids are when pnms are matched-up with a home before formal bids are handed out. These snapped pnms did not match during normal recruitment bid matching are only snapped/bid upon by houses not yet at total. No one ever knows if she was a snap bid.

Honestly, no one can tell you how many snaps were given. There are a minimal number of tactful panhel women who know and who will never tell. Discretion is a panhellenic woman's best friend.

Usually Chi O is the biggest snap bid culprit. They're obviously trying to deflect.

Agree. Obviously GPB didn't snap bid so it's probably Chi O because they have such a hard on for GPB
