I don't think the OP meant for a chapter to tell what selection processes they have essentially. I would assume it was more along the lines of "Which chapters mainly recruit friends of girls already in the house?" and seeing if an outsider would have a chance at a house like kappa or theta, or is it better to just rank them low the first day if you don't know anyone to give yourself a better chance with other houses who would likely take you even if you didn't have connections.
