1.Theta
2. Kappa (Theta and Kappa are interchangeable)
3. Pi Phi
4. Tri-Delta
5. Chi-O

Fraternity
1. Beta (Their most recent pledge class wasn't great though)
2. Lambda
3. Sig Ep
4. Fiji
5. ATO/Delt (ATO is rising pretty fast and could be among the top 3 very soon)

These are the houses that tend to compete for the top PNM's. All attract different people but hold a strong position in the greek system

Also, I would not put FIJi above ATO/Delt. Delt and OU Pres kicked out half of Delt house.

Chio is luck to be considered a mid tier house- if they even are anymore. Definitely not top 5.

What about pi phi?? Pretty sure they have the highest retention rate and are considered top over Theta

Sig Ep and Delt are falling. Both have two strikes and didn't get great PCs this year. ATO is above them both at this point but not as good as Fiji
