SigEp knows that pledging is a dangerous and degrading mentality that requires new members to earn their right to be a brother after they join. Instead, SigEp's award-winning Balanced Man Program adopts the view of our founders; members earn their right to be a brother through the recruitment process and should be given the rights and responsibilities of a brother on the day they join. Our single-tired membership eliminates pledging from the chapter.
