No OU doesn't preselect, that's OSU! At this time we don't even know everyone going through rush so it's almost impossible to decide

Yes they know who they want just like girls going through know which house they think they want. Then after the 1st round lots of things change in the houses and lots of things change with the girls.

definitely true, rush pretty much started once everyone got back from break. Most of the houses have already discussed what types of girls they are looking for. Active members have also started mentioning names of girls they know that are going to attend OU.

Well they talk about girls for sure but they don't have like a list of 85 selected girls for there pledge class if that makes sense?
Everyhouse will filter through the folders all the freshman send in and look for there own grade and score requirements, involvement to get an idea of who they want to look out for when it comes to the conversations during rush! And yes actives do try and promote there friends, but that's just how connections work! Most of the time top houses will have a pool of about 400-500 girls they want to look for during rush based on how they are on paper, but there are tons of girls outside those perimeters that rush really well and get the house they wanted without being on the initial lists

A lot of the discussion of individual girls will happen this summer during hometown meetings. If the girls from your hometown like you and want you to be their sister it will definitely help. If they dislike you you don't have much of a chance.
