Top houses at ou have always been beta, Fiji, sig ep, lambda and used to be sae. ATO use to be really elite and they are good now too, definitely climbing.

Ths is fairly accurate I wouldn't probably throw ATO as still a top house and probably Sigma Chi too

To pledge Sig Ep you literally fill out a form online and you're a member, not a pledge, but a full brother. It's weird.
