The middle tier isn't defined. It flips around throughout the years. The top and bottom are what stays pretty constant.

Top 5: Tridelt, Kappa,Theta, Chi O, PiPhi (these are the houses girls want to see on their recruitment party list)

The rest are the rest--all the rankings listing otherwise is wishful thinking on that sororities part!

As far as recruitment goes, the following houses are the ones that girls want to see.
Kappa, Theta, Tri Delt, G Phi are the top 4.
Then Pi Phi.
Then Chi O.
No houses at OU are "rotton" or even rotten. Every fraternity makes those decisions based on their own criteria -- some of which are different from a PNMs criteria.
