^^^ All of these are so wrong. There isn't much of a ranking among the tiers. Just the tiers.

Top Tier: Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, Tri Delt.
Middle Tier: Chi-O (definitely the highest of the middle), Gamma Phi, Alpha Chi, Alpha Phi and DG.
Lower Tier: AOPi, AGD.

I mean that's basically it.

Pi Phi? That's the first time I've heard that opinion. Doesn't do much for your credence.

At least that is after recruitment this year, taking into consideration all the new classes that houses have gotten since I've been here.

Theta-they "win" alot althogh THANK GOODNESS I'm not one of them. Very "gung ho", if you know what I mean.

Kappa-flashy but no depth. Considered pretty in Oklahoma but wouldn't cut it in Texas (sorry).

Tri Delt-Mixed bag. Very competitive like Theta but not as classy.

Pi Phi and Chi O didn't make. Sorry. They're just not top 4. And I agree that Blinding is blind ---- to everything except looks. That's only one of many things that the top houses look for. And they value "cute" as much as they do "hot." That's the trouble with guys ranking on here. They don't know what we're looking for so they don't know what we got...
