spring rush?

The sororities have to tally at end of semester to figure out if will meet quota or not. Typically those who do COB in fall will do it in spring. We won't know for certain until first week of next semester, I think.

It's not Quota. Quota is the number of girls on the last day of formal recruitment divided by the number of houses. Houses at or above house total are allowed to take quota during formal recruitment pushing their numbers even higher. In an attempt to keep all houses strong and membership similar houses at house total or above are not allowed to spring recruit. The only houses that are allowed to spring recruit are houses below house total. If your house has to " figure it out" odds are your house membership is not above total by a significant amount. Most likely houses that have a membership so close to exact total will recruit in the spring.

GPB always recruits because they can't ever keep their numbers as high as the top houses.
