Don't know whose posting but Gamma Phi isn't a top house and it has nothing to do with ChiO. It's interesting everytime a GPB tries to rank their houses high they blame ChiO for comments which point out the rankings are false. Basic truth is GPB is not a top house they never have been in the top ranks. I don't think it has anything to do with the chio house but the girls in the GPB house. I'm not a XO girl but I am hoping the GBP girls will try to improve their house instead of always tearing down another house. Reading all the posts and being a student at OU I can honestly say it looks like a bad case of GAmma Phi envy.

Agree. Chi O has nothing to do with G Phi's rank. It's true that whenever you see a ranking with Chi O in the top they put G Phi lower than they actually are. I disagree with you saying that G Phi isn't a top house, though. I was a Rho G and know how popular they were with girls during recruitment. You are entitled to your own opinion, but my observation is that girls love G Phi for their success in grades, shows, hoco, etc.

OK so maybe Gamma Phis are obsessed with themselves but you're even more obsessed with them. I mean you say that they're "the joke of campus?" Sounds like you spend a lot of time talking about them. Why do you worry so much about how highly they're ranked on Greekrank? That's a little weird don't you think? The fact that you are so enraged-not by anything they did wrong-but by someone's subjective ranking is just downright creepy.

I can't think that I've ever heard anyone mention greekrank. I also can't think that I've ever heard of anyone debating what rank sororities have. The only time I see any discussion is from pnms.

Yet according to OP, and she posts this all the time, they are the talk of the town. Not because of anything wrong that they've done-and let's face it, there have been MANY sororities at OU who have actually had legitimate scandals, but because, wait for it, SOMEONE (who knows who? It's an anonymous site), has ranked them too high on GR. Not to mention, I rarely, if ever, see them ranked tippy top-usually lower top or upper middle which honestly they probably are.

Going on with the GPB thread -- when I was a RhoG two years ago, no one compared GPB and DG and I don't see people comparing them today. DG was and is more competing with AXO. GPB honestly competes with TRi Delta and Pi Phi. That competition puts them in the lower part of the top tier. The middle tier is DG, XO, and AXO. And maybe AP. Those are harder to judge because those houses are all so different and specific. They each get the girls that fit their house. In the top tier it's different because those houses are all taking top girls and there's more overlap in types. What I see is that GPB has been very successful these last few years and some alums of another house want to squish them down so that their house doesn't have to compete so hard. Just my opinion.
