theta and pi phi
by: Grades?So I know theta and pi phi are consider top houses, but I feel like they are just so irrelevant after rush. What makes these two houses continue to be considered top?

KAT is a top house because they win grades and practically everything else. They get the top girls each year. PBP is pretty irrelevant after recruitment. Most of the time they're at the bottom of the top tier because of their reputations. A lot of the top girls with good reputations go DDD or GPB and that leaves PBP to take the top girls without great reputations. Some years they place in several activities but lots of years they aren't outstanding at all. KAT is always outstanding.
KKG, of course, takes a completely different kind of girl.

I'm not the original person who said this but if you want my opinion they are more low key, legacy girls. They don't look for the student council president or homecoming queen or PLC girls although they probably have some girls like that. They more take girls who have always known they were going to be KKGs because of their social circle. That's just my opinion, though.
