if it hurt some houses it's because their skits are better than the conversation they can carry on with PNMs. I know several top houses had the same high return rates they have every year a couple had near perfect return rates as usual. Some houses will claim they don't know their return rates and the members may not if the advisors/ recruitment team chose not to share the results with the house. The only reason the members wouldn't be informed of return rates is because they were low. Houses with extremely high return rates were required to cut numbers amounting to 2 parties by round 3, therefore houses with really high return rates will have memberships aware of the high rates.

It's that same lady that last year was all over this site bragging about how her relative was Chi O's recruitment advisor. She's trying so hard to make things better for her house. Next she's going to say how well her house did. lol lol lol!!!

Now the adviser is told the rates but they are not allowed to share with the actives. If they're sharing numbers they're in violation of panhellenic rules. This is some old school lady who makes up a ranking every year (at least since I've been here) based on fake return rates which she claims to know for all the houses.
