If Tri-Delt doesn't accept me do to being a legacy and PLCer. Should I go Theta or Kappa?

You should go Kappa/Theta whether tridelt wants you or not, they are both better in every way...

You're not a Tri Delta legacy because you don't even know how to abbreviate the name of your supposed legacy sorority. No Tri Delta mom would allow you to grow up so ignorant. (Also you're grammatically challenged.)
