I know ChiO does a lot of hating on the top houses, but I don't really see them as this low. I would put them after AXO, even with snaps, just based on girls I know in the house. I think Theta and Tri Delt are the top houses, just depending on what someone wants. I agree with the rest tho!

Chio is way lower than that. Maybe #9 but not any higher. All the houses have some fab girls so just because you know a few from Chio doesn't make them higher.

Put Tri Delta even with Theta and put Kappa, Pi Phi, and Gamma Phi equal. Yeah, all the houses are different but they are about equal in popularity with the pnms going through.

DDD is not better than kappa.

DDD is a lot more highly wanted by pnms than Kappa. In fact, Kappa last year was at the bottom of the top 5 in terms of returns. DDD was #1. So, I guess you're wrong.

KAT started 1909 and DDD was 1910. All the houses were here by 1919 except AOII 2002 and A Phi 2007. So, yeah, OU had houses in the 1900s. (And no one mentioned 1900.)

Tridelt has dropped and that will be clear the second pnms meet them. Gphi was never told and that is hella clear when you see how unattractive that group is, they're at the bottom with AOII and agd, I cannot comprehend how they are so chill with embarassing themselves on here.
