Chi o and kappa are the most down to earth, no matter what anyone on this website says.
Theta and aopi are the kind of down to earth, kind of eh
And the rest are mixed with different girls on all ranges of the spectrum

Don't worry about it. You will be able to tell as you go through the houses during recruitment. When I think of down to earth I certainly don't think Kappa and Chi O at all. I'd put them just opposite. But you'll be able to tell for yourself.
