For those looking to rush or coming in the fall and wondering.
Top tier are BETA, FIJI and LAMBDA CHI. These probably already have their PC's filled, but you might get lucky.
Second tier are SIG EP (due to their recent issues), DELT, ATO, SIGMA CHI
Third tier are phi delt, kappa sig, sigma nu, etc

Beta, lambda, sig ep and delt are all above Fiji. Fiji had a rough time last year they had 2 strikes almost all of last year took a questionable fall pledge class then took like 25 even more questionable guys in the spring which is something none of the "top houses" do they usually only take a couple guys or in betas case none at all.

agreed. Beta is by far top house in terms of exclusiveness and top tier. they don't even spring rush because they do not want randoms or need the members. Plus most kids spring rushing are really top tier to begin with. and fiji is a top house but recently has been letting them self go
