Usually there are not many spots in spring recruitment. Some houses are not allowed to recruit. Others are required to if any of their girls graduated early. It's just up to nationals. Some people on here pretend that doing spring recruitment means you're a bad house, but that isn't remotely true. The problem with it is that the spots are so limited that generally the houses know who they want and it's all done quietly. They invite a couple of girls who are best friends with members and that's that. I guess AGD might have recruited some more last year but I didn't hear about it. You may just want to wait.

Total is set at the beginning of each semester. Which means half of the groups will have spots available. Some might only have 1 or 2, so it can be a quiet process. Check OU Panhellenic website after formal recruitment ends. You can sign up for informal recruitment with them, groups who are actively recruiting can find you that way.

Spring Rush is just another way of saying Informal Recruitment. But you might not have to wait for the spring.

You are lucky that OU has 11 strong chapters. Not all college campuses are that fortunate. Being invited to join any sorority at OU is a privelidge.
