No one thinks kappa sig is below phi psi. Girls don't even really go to phi psi parties even their "big" parties. I will say that kappa sig isn't above sigma chi

Beta is the best house by far. Lambda is all right but we'll have to wait and see about Sig Ep. BYX doesn't ever get ranked on here but I'd put them in the top 3 too.
