top 2
by: !bingo!Regardless of the many questions about who is top five, there is no question that the top 2 are Theta and Tri Delta. Kappas keep your heads from flying off but you haven't been top 2 for any of the time I've been here and I don't see any indications you're even next in line.

Obviously DDD is the OP. I think the general consensus is Theta is #1 without a doubt. Then kappa and DDD are 2/3. It just depends on what you like and/or who keeps you around between the two. The thing is though... I'm not in any of those houses and I am just as proud to be in my house. I don't want to say which one because we know the hate will come. Still, it is about where you find yourself comfortable and who wants you in their house.

Kappa can't really be ranked with the other houses. Kappa takes a lot of legacies and fills the rest in with private school girls etc. They don't really go after the girls that that the other houses like Theta or Tri Delta or Gamma Phi go after (grades, activities, etc.) Pi Phi is kind of in the middle. They take a lot of legacies but also try for some other girls. I agree that Kappa is more like a throwback sorority and don't do the things that the other top houses do to compete but you CAN NOT say that Kappa isn't a top house regardless. They're just in their own category.

Kappa is hard to get into but more because they care about connections, etc vs grades and activities. They still like for their girls to be involved but they are more typical of the stereotypical sorority from way back when. I think they are definitely top 3 though or top 2 but I am not going to argue with the op.
