Since it is impossible to know what house anyone is in when they post on an anonymous site, it actually says nothing.
You don't know if it's a desperate girl with low self esteem (such as a Chi O) making a false claim or a very self confident girl (such as a Tri Delta) congratulating her house and the houses that have been successful.
If you make a guess, since it's based on your own prejudices, it only says something about you.
The only comments that actually say anything are the ones that tell what houses have accomplished.
