You're the crazy chio. Instead of talking up your own house you feel like tearing down DDD? It's crazy stupid to say DDD has gone downhill. Look at DDD's accomplishments:

2014-2015 Presidents trophy, making it their 5th trophy.
1st in 2013 & 2014 scandals
1st in 2013 &2014 Using
2nd in 2015 Using
2016 special president's trophy award for community experience

In my experience this is a good of a ranking as anyone can make. Some houses are just tied.

Gamma phi is legit not a top house here they are upper middle. Like whoever is on here that is a gamma phi needs to get out.
