A Phi isn't considered at the top of the middle tier. People at OU would say they're bottom of the middle or top of the bottom tier. They have semi-cute girls but they lack academics, personality, involvement, talent, leadership, etc. even at a level of the other middle houses. People who post they're middle are doing it based on looks alone.

it's actually pretty good but DDD should be in the lower tier GPB is better than DDD
