Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at The University of Oklahoma - OU 2.9 If you want to be in a chapter where YOU get to have any say in the future girls who pledge, don’t pledge Theta. It is very political and alums have way more influence than the girls in the house. Imagine pulling for your best friend from high school or your rush crush and some random alum deciding different girls were being invited back the next day? And I’m talking about TOP girls who go on to pledge Kappa and other top houses. They will also string their legacies along during rush and then not offer them bids, which is cruel. Great girls, but borders on stepford wives. Watch the movie...

As an older theta it was so nice to return the favor to the younger ones. I have met life long friends in this chapter, and have found girls that supported me through challenging times at OU. If your PC 24 follow your heart and find your people.

You will see people who party and people who don’t anywhere you go. There is a great mix of girls who like to party and those who don’t in theta and they all hang out. Any girl is lucky to be a theta at OU. It is an amazing house!

They are constantly dirty rushing and having sleepovers with pnms breaking panhellenic rules. When you get into the house they separate the black group and gold group. This determines if you're pure (gold) or dirty (black) and they stick these girls in groups (such a shame). They whip out the bible on pref night to get girls but it's just a hoax. Don't be fooled by the show. Half the girls in the house hate it and regret not going to the other house they had on pref night :///
