First with the Kappa lies during recruitment. Then being hateful towards other houses. Then coming on here talking about the friendships and sisterhood being so good. And how they are marriage material. She clearly doesn’t actually go here.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at The University of Oklahoma - OU 4.9 I'm in high school and visited my friend who is a Pi Phi and all of her pledge sisters were so much fun and super friendly! I can't wait to be at OU next year and hopefully be a Pi Phi with them :-)

They start off strong in recruitment but then end up losing everyone they want. They just aren’t good enough. Girls only keep them ok their list because they have a reputation nationally but when it comes to pledging everyone cuts them and goes a top house. Pi Phi isn’t a top house anymore. Hate to say it but the Pi Phis aren’t what they used to be. Have become a group of back stabbing mean girls.

You need to realize that Pi Phi is a has been house and the problems they've had the last several years and with the over involvement of moms/alums like you have only torn them down more. They've got hypocrites running the house and so many girls regret going Pi Phi. They put on a good recruitment and then once girls are in the house they see it for what it really is. That's why for years their retention was one of the worst.
