That is all you can say. In Austin ADPI won all their schools awards, but the are still lower Teir. Enough said.

BYX won homecoming and have for four years they are nice guys and pulled gamma phi along whoever is paired with box next year will win homecoming too

Top houses don't spend time on Greek tank begging people to accept them. None of the top houses have even responded because they don't have too.

IF I AM BEING COMPLETELY HONEST, no one cares about Gamma Phi. They are unbelievably average, and they spend all their time trying to appear like they are a better house than they are. Gamma Phi will never compete with Kappa, Tri Delt, Theta, or Pi Phi. Everyone on campus makes fun of them for trying so hard lol
