Beta Upsilon Chi - ΒΥΧ Fraternity at The University of Oklahoma - OU 4.4 Not sure why they get a lot of hate for not being IFC, they run and operate the same way IFC does...that being said idk if I’d consider them top tier but they are definitely very involved socially and on campus. Definitely getting more attention in recent years
