Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at The University of Oklahoma - OU 3.2 PhiKap definitely seems to be in a growing state, especially with their house just finishing it's renovations. Could use some more involvement, but that's just a growing pain all houses face. They are definitely on the right track it seems and definitely doing better than some others in trying to rebuild..

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at The University of Oklahoma - OU 4.3 The guys are great, they let everyone be their-selves, and not complete douche-bags like some other frats. A little odd, but the people in the house respect them. Pretty classy with formal events. One of the better dressed fraternity in a not frat way.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at The University of Oklahoma - OU 1.8 It's understandable since they just got back on campus but they're really an odd bunch. A couple of them are ok guys, but really they're parties are awful and most of the guys are either jerks or just plain weird.
