Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at The University of Oklahoma - OU 1.9 When you allow bad apples to run your fraternity and recruiting you get what you deserve. Shame on you for allowing bullies to make decisions that effect these young men in their early college years. Why make up stories and lie about pledges?
