this person's just being rude. adpi is a great chapter, that is steadily improving since they've gotten their house. they've only been on campus for 3 years and so they're not at total yet like other chapters, so they have to advertise their COB. to be honest, all chapters here are the same, the tiers just depend on who you know

Not quite true. All chapters are not the same and they shouldn't be. Each house offers something different. Ignore the tier talk and go where YOU feel most comfortable, be it ADPi, KD or XO. Its your greek experience - not your mothers, not your roommates, and certainly not GR.
