Are fall transfer students typically welcomed and likely to receive a bid if they have things to offer a particular sorority?( SGA, Senior Class President, leadership in numerous clubs, community service awards, honor societies, volleyball, etc...) Based on last year's 2015 recruitment approx. what percentage of the girls who went through recruitment actually got a bid from at least one sorority? Finding a lifelong sisterhood is extremely important to me during my college years and beyond. I am not a legacy, but will have recommendation letters from my teachers, aunts, friends, and that were in/currently in most every one of your fifteen sororities.
Curious how recruitment with transfer students works for transfer student w/an A.A.?
Thank you for any input or suggestions.:)

Will you be coming in as a junior with 2 more years of school to go? If so, you will be very limited in chapters that will invite you back. If your junior college grades are 3.5+, you are well put together and present yourself well, you have a good shot at a couple of chapters.

So you aren't going to try if you don't have a legit shot at all of the houses? You will not get a bid if you don't try.
It doesn't matter if you plan to get your Masters at Ole Miss. Only undergrads are active sorority members. If you choose to go through rush, put your best foot forward, get your recs in order and APPRECIATE every invitation you get.

I would be getting my Masters at Ole Miss as well.
I graduated from high school June '15. I took many dual-enrolled classes while at my high school through my local State College and received my AICE Diploma (Advanced International Certificate of Education) (through Cambridge International School) which was the academic program I was in throughout high school. Received an excellent internship in Ft. Lauderdale immediately following graduation over last summer in my field of study that I couldn't turn down due to future benefits in my career. I arrived back from my internship the day before I started fall semester at the same State College...made the Dean's List for 2015 Fall Semester....involved in SGA... now in my spring semester and will graduate this May with an A.A.. I will still be 18 years when I graduate. My GPA is 3.5+, I'm well put together and present well. I love Ole Miss and want to find a great sisterhood.
I almost feel I am disadvantaged because I took so many dual-enrolled classes and will be coming in with an A.A.:/
Is this true? So my chances would ONLY be for a couple of sororities?
Any input would be very much appreciated :) Thanks!
