actives wrting recs

Which chapters allow actives to write recs and which allow only alumns?? I'm trying to get started on finding all my recs and Its kinda a lot to process lol

There are a few houses that allow from actives at other schools. If it's not specifically written on the individual chapter's website, email one of the emails you find on their website and ask.
