which fraternity is best for out of state

Im from virginia and i read that its hard to get into the top tier frats if youre not from mississippi. Which are the best for kids from out of state?

I know a lot of cool out of state guys in kappa sig, delta psi, beta, and ato. just go through rush and you'll end up where you need to be

If you're from NOVA you have a decent shot at snu. If not you're looking at pi kapp, sigma pi or beta.
