by: PNMWhen should I send out my recruitment stuff to my recommendation writers? I have been told by the end of January and someone also told me in July...? When do the sororities want the letters to be in?

You can start sending them now. At the very latest end of April. We will start our rush workshops in February and it's always a good idea to get on our radars before we break for the summer.
If you wait until July you will still be okay, but don't expect a bid from a top or mid tier sorority. Those lists are completed by the time we break for summer.
