It's not the luck of the draw. top tier girls are different. I promise!
You can't really define it but the difference is there. Top girls are a little bit more confident, a little better put together.

when it comes down to it, a tri delt or chi o is no better than a theta. the girls who are in lower tier chapters are just girls who didn't know any actives or alumni. i know girls who hit it off with actives during rush and got into top tier houses, and i know legacies who got cut and are members of lower houses. your chapter affiliation has nothing to do with your self worth and no one should feel inferior based on the stupid opinions of this website.
