Having spring rush isn't really that big of a deal, it's just more low-key. Its for chapters working to bring their numbers up to total, and that could be caused by not meeting quota, having a few girls drop out, or a New chapter still growing its numbers. It's a good thing. The people who are down on it are the jackson moms.
