I will be rushing as someone from out of state but I dont have any connections within any houses at ole miss because I don't know any of the girls from high school. Will I still get a fair chance at getting a bid from houses like phi mu or kkg?

I rushed this year and I knew absolutely no one either. I got cut by both of them first round, but I kept DG until the end which proves that you can end up in a good house even if you don't know anyone. I wouldn't get my hopes up for a top tier though, you basically have to know someone.
