It's Washington University in St. Louis (my cousin goes there and she would die if she saw what you just tried to call it), and Kappa has been going downhill there for a few years. She's in another top chapter and they (and the rest of campus, GDIs included) laugh at how desperate and catty the girls are.
Also, WashU and Georgetown should not be included on that list. Their Greek Life and culture are so different that it's laughable. I see you trying to make your case Kappa and it's pathetic.

GW and WashU are two separate schools, both not southern, and both just Kappa grasping at straws. Alpha Phi is top at both schools, along with Pi Phi at WashU and SigKap at GW. Kappa at GW is middle tier and has been for a long time. While Kappa is still 3rd at WashU, they have fallen pretty hard and fast the last couple of years and no one likes them aside from frat guys. So, basically, just like Kappa here.

Kappa is top tier at the best schools in the south, public and private. The Junior League of Houston. Dallas, Atlanta, New Orleans is heavy KKG Alums.
