KA and Phi Delt were just as strong as Sigma nu and Sigma Chi. But they were all smaller size wise than now. The other fraternities couldn't come close to the money or guys in those 4. DG was more in a top 4, but they didn't get the Jackson girls so it slowly became a top 3 then DG. Theta was much better, but just like the fraternities it was kinda top 4 or nothing in terms of quality. Which is why both ADPi and Zeta folded and Theta almost did.

What did Theta do to drop from mid-tier in the 80's (with Kappa and Pi Phi) to lower tier? Theta is a very strong national sorority, top tier at many universities, and very well respected in Texas. Did something happen to cause them to drop or did it happen gradually?
