Heard they're losing new members and having trouble keeping their pledges.

im not a huge a phi fan because i know some good girls who had been cut by them, but i don't think their situation is unique to their chapter. i've often heard about new chapters losing girls because they join colonizing chapters because it was their only options (lack of connections, financial reasons, etc.)

In my dorm, I know at least 5 a phi pledges who have dropped because of financial and/or social reasons. Sorry that you think their pledge class is perfect!

ADPI lost around half their colonizing members their first year, and then the next. It's bound to happen, just give them time to get their feet under them we need them to do well as a greek community.

That's not true at all. AT ALL. No matter how much ish you want to talk about other sororities, it will not change the fact that y'all are having significant problems and frankly failing here. Leave the other sororities out of it. It's that toxic attitude that is doing you in internally.
