Agree, the million different tiers are made my mid and lowers who want to make themselves feel better by being "upper mid" or "upper low" LOL

Not different "tiers" necessarily, because there is no "bottom" tier. but there are distinctions between them. It's just not so huge that like, Phi Mu is so much above Pi Phi, because they're all respectable groups with awesome girls.
