spring rush

for sure alpha phi and theta because theta didn't meet quota, and i'm sure they didn't meet it by doing cob... would assume alpha phi because when adpi colonized they did spring rush to start catching up to total...i suppose adpi if they're not at total yet.. i'm assuming they're probably pretty close to total by now. other houses might if they're under total, but they won't advertise it. it'll be a cob situation. this happens if a house has lots of december graduates. for example, if tridelt was under total (not saying that they are so don't jump down my throat!!), then they would likely fill those spots with non-greek girls who have expressed an interest in greek life who their members are friends with, not just any random girl who didn't rush/didn't get a bid the first time around
