It's almost impossible. Unless you are shallow and beautiful. Then maybe aphi will take you.

What I'm wondering is if a top tier would accept a transfer with a 4.0, beautiful and basically everything that would get you a bid as a pnm? Asked this question before but got no response.

The only way you will make it into a top tier is if you are a favorite of one of the rush advisors.

If you want to join a sorority as a junior, you need to go to a school that is a feeder school for junior colleges.

For example Texas A&M is a large feeder college for Blinn junior college. There it is not uncommon for a junior who has spent two years at Blinn to transfer and receive a bid.

Ole miss isn't like that.
