Chapters below campus total will be able to COB -- including Alpha Phi if their colony class is under total which is very likely. Buy if you've signed a MBRA you have to wait a year. I think.

If you sign MBRA you just have to wait a year for formal recruitment. You can still do COB

Girls quit, change their minds all semester long or get dropped for nonpayment of dues, whatever. Those "open" spaces become opportunities for COB. It's pretty fluid and can be very informal.

Quota is different than campus total. Campus total is the "ceiling" and is reset after forms recruitment. Many chapters will be over campus total with their new member classes and they won't be able to COB unless girls drop out or quit or get terminated for financial reasons etc.

no adpi made total and it isn't the newest on campus anymore, so they will not do cob. only theta and likely alpha phi

Considering alpha phi hasn't even had a pledge class yet, sorry but ADPi is still the newest.

And I'm sure they made quota this rush but there is no way they have fulfilled chapter quota. They would be making a mistake to not do cob considering once alpha phi is established rush will only get harder for them.

@okay ADPi can ONLY do COB if their chapter total membership is less than campus total. This means they would need to fall below that number -- this could take days or weeks or months or never if no one drops or gets kicked out. Does that help?

theta's cob starts the 19th. and we are also doing spring cob too

Do you(assuming you're a theta) or do you know for spring rush do they look at fall grades or high school grades still?

Y'all ADPis think that because you have a new house and met quota you deserve respect and aren't a bottom tier sorority. Well sorry but you are and you are not any better than alpha phi or theta at this point.

And a lot of girls that A phi is talking are girls that DROPPED ADPi and theta not the other way around.

So yes the three BOTTOM houses will do cob because they do not the the chapter wide quota.

I would imagine that unless aphi takes a 300+ new pledge class, that they will COB all year.
